The United Postal Services Association of Atreia has for decades provided timely deliveries of standard and express mail, as well as warehouse storage via subsidiaries.
The Board of Directors was recently informed of intent to merge worlds, and a decision was reached to appoint a committee responsible for resolving and reviewing any mail logistics issues likely to be encountered in such a major undertaking.
The committee has provided us with answers to a couple of questions they thought postal services customers might ask before server merges are executed.
Q: Will we be able to keep our mail after the server merges?
Yes, we have ensured that all mail will transfer over to your new server, including attachments. However, to reduce the likelihood of anything going wrong with your mail and attached items, it is rather advisable to store them in your inventory.
Q: Will our Account Warehouse items still be there?
Yes, Account Warehouse items will be transferred along with the characters. However, to reduce the likelihood of anything going wrong with Account Warehouse items, it is rather advisable to transfer them to your inventory.
Q: What if I have Elyos and Asmodian characters on the same server after the server merges?
Account Warehouses are for obvious reasons not shared between Elyos and Asmodians. The customs would simply never agree to it. If you end up with both Elyos and Asmodian characters on the same server, the Account Warehouses will therefore be separate.
Q: What if the total amount of items in my Account Warehouse will exceed the total limit after the servers have been merged?
All items will be saved in the Account Warehouse but you will not be able to access any items that do not fit within the warehouse's 16 slot limit. Any items exceeding 16 will still be stored in the warehouse, but will remain invisible until sufficient space has been created for them.
