Master account problems.
So I have contacted support because I have forgotten my answers to the questions. That means they have to send me a link where I can reset them, which is done by some automated program. I receive the support email telling me they sent me the link in another mail but I do not receive the mail with the link.. This has been going on for over a week, why is it so damn hard to send me the link in the regular mail instead of the one which I am obviously never going to get...
Effectively I now cannot access my master account = I cant even cancel my subscription, which honestly is what I want to do if my issue cannot be fixed, I am so tired of all these problems. Just let me back into my account already.How hard can it be to manually send me the link...
