Aion is NOT WoW
This is a bit of a rant to all the "I'm tired of wow" people. Actually, maybe it is more a warning then a rant.
Aion is NOT WoW. It is NOT as easy to lvl as WoW. You can NOT get to your next lvl 20+ off of quest alone. You WILL have to grind and it will become more grinding later on. If you don't want to put forth the effort to get to the next lvl and want it handed to you on a silver platter from questing then stay on WoW cause Aion is not the game for you. It goes from 70% quest exp/30% grind Exp to nearly the exact opposite by the time you are in your high 30's. This is where grouping/grinding becomes a heavy focus. If you can't handle that then don't play the game and complain about it all the time.
I came from a game that was 100% grind/group exp and when I can farm/grind at the same time since I'm a crafter too I can't understand why others would complain about it. Just cause you have to grind doesn't make Aion suck, it just means you need to change your mentality. The game has a good amount to offer if you're willing to put the time into it, but if you want everything handed to you then save yourself and possible Legion mates the annoyance of you complaining about grinding and how "hard" it is. When I grind (lvl37) I make about 300~800k while grinding away, not to mention the craft realated drops I get or collect while I'm out (weaponsmith/alchemy/sewing). All I have to say is if you're complaining about grinding, maybe you should complain about what you aren't doing that makes grinding seem worthless to you.
